Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
Michael A. Crozier, Esq. (the “firm,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through michaelacrozier.esq (the “site”), how it is used, and the choices you have. This policy applies to the site only; information you share after becoming a client is protected by professional obligations that go well beyond this policy.
Information You Provide
When you submit the site’s consultation form, you provide information such as your name, contact details, and a description of your situation. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and delivered to the firm by email so we can respond to your inquiry. Please share only the information needed for us to contact you and understand the general nature of your matter; detailed or highly sensitive facts are better discussed by phone.
Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. We nonetheless treat every inquiry with discretion and use it only to respond to you and evaluate whether the firm can help.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider, Netlify, collects standard server logs when you visit the site, which may include your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. The site loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts; when your browser requests those font files, those providers receive your IP address as part of the request. The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels.
How Information Is Used
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your potential matter.
- To evaluate whether the firm is able to assist with your situation.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To comply with legal and professional obligations.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell or rent your information. Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate (such as Netlify for hosting, Formspree for form processing, and Microsoft 365 for firm email), and only as needed to provide those services; when required by law, court order, or professional obligation; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the firm or others.
Retention and Security
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate potential representation, satisfy professional record-keeping obligations, and resolve any conflicts-of-interest questions. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about your inquiry or to request its deletion, subject to our professional record-keeping obligations. Reach us at (469) 905-4647 or by mail at 4131 N. Central Expy, Suite 900, Dallas, TX 75204.
